DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver orders placed before 12.00 noon Mon-Fri within the time-frame boundaries of the courier package you choose, however in the event we are out of stock we will send the items as soon possible. Delivery times for machines may vary.
Cotswold Coffee Company LTD accept no liability in non-next working day delivery and under no circumstance compensate for said non delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of the all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you. Please note that additional charges will apply for Channel isles or Scottish isles, Ireland & Scottish borders or preferential shipping requirements (e.g: before 12 / Saturday shipping).

RETURNING GOODS
Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange. In regard to returning accessories (non-coffee products), you may be able to return the goods which are not faulty. We may accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods (signature from the courier service is recorded for evidence).
We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g. - out of date, ripped packaging) PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.
Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.
COLOURS & IMAGES
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software, photo quality and monitors, Cotswold Coffee Company LTD also reserve the right to amend any designs or images without prior notice. Images are purely for illustration purposes and packaging or product may differ from the image shown, whilst we endeavour to ensure the images and content on the site is a current as possible, Cotswold Coffee Company LTD will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.
STOCK DATES (USE BY / SELL BY)
Cotswold Coffee Company LTD have a minimum 28 day policy. No product we ship will have less than 28 days of expiry (exceptions can include fresh bake goods - cookies or promotional - low dated stock)
CONSUMER RIGHTS
None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your coffee and accessories order up until the point when the order has been dispatched, this usually occurs within 12 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched.
If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return'. And you the customer will be fully liable under the returns policy stated above. PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing equipment or entering into a lease agreement with Cotswold Coffee Company LTD the above cancellation conditions no longer apply.
REFUNDS ON RETURNED GOODS
Refunds are given by credit or debit cards where possible however in most cases a credit note will be put on the customer account. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by cheque unless otherwise stated, such amendment may result in a card admin fee of up to 5% depending on the amount and type of card used when purchasing the goods.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customer accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Cotswold Coffee Company LTD, Cotswold Coffee Company LTD reserve the right to charge interest on any "overdue account". An account is deemed overdue when invoices remain unpaid for a period of 28 days or longer.

This website uses Stripe Secure Payment System for all credit card and debit card and Paypal transactions.
This website requires that you must register to use this site. As part of your initial order you will be asked to create a username and password. However, we do not record your credit or debit card details - this is to ensure complete security of your payment details.

VALIDITY
As coffee prices are determined on supply of the base product each year, prices are subject to change without notice. We will however endeavour to maintain the listed prices and any change to your list price will be made clear on the website.

PRICES
All prices are in pounds sterling, include VAT where stated. Carriage is added during the checkout process. All pricing is subject to change, Cotswold Coffee Company LTD reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.
EXPORT
We are a UK based company and do not ordinarily offer overseas shipping. However, please contact us if you have a special requirement for delivery.
